Flash Fiction enthusiasts have been hitting the twitter with Tweet Fiction.
I did a search on google for Tweet Fiction and I saw not much in that line except for tacosteven who has done a good job on the 10 tweet fiction.
I was thinking about a 1 tweet fiction, yep telling a story in 140 or less characters. Each of these can be expanded further left to the readers imagination. So in short these would be an instance that explains a lot and leaves a whole world to imagination
